The release of Revett Minerals’ 2011 annual report marks the sixth collaboration between the Spokane Valley-based mining company and Anderson Mraz Design.
Revett, which owns and operates the Troy Mine and the exploration-stage Rock Creek Project – both located in northwestern Montana – turned in some impressive numbers at year-end: record annual production, record cash flow, and six consecutive years of increased productivity at Troy.
But an annual report is more than just facts and figures, said AMD principal CK Anderson. It’s also about instilling confidence. “Our whole approach,” he explained, “was to evoke the raw potential of Revett; to give a sense of how a record-setting year is achieved – and how that bodes well for the company’s future.”
According to Revett’s Monique Hayes, investor relations/corporate secretary, it’s an approach that’s grounded in exceptional design. “Even though it’s a lot easier to play it safe,” she said, “AMD always pushes us to think creatively. And this year’s report doesn’t look like anyone else’s in the industry.”
