A New Way to Talk About Healthcare

Rising healthcare costs, an increasingly sick population, and physician shortages confront the entire nation. Access to care has become more difficult, the divide between those with insurance and those without is growing, and current delivery models are being challenged. In short, healthcare is changing, and it’s not going to stop. This is the environment in which Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital sought to communicate patient stories, build on and sustain its leadership position, and educate a range of audiences about the future of healthcare. helveticka teamed with Desautel Hege Communications and Memorial’s marketing group to develop a series of 30-second animated television commercials touting Memorial’s service offerings. Each spot promotes a particular expertise while simultaneously reinforcing Memorial’s connection to the Yakima community and the surrounding area.
