Retirement communities would seem to appeal to a fairly narrow demographic – until you consider that, these days, people as young as 55 are taking a second look at the benefits of independent retirement living. And when you experience for yourself the amenities on offer at Spokane’s Rockwood Lane, old perceptions of nursing homes and convalescent centers quickly disappear.
“Rockwood Lane has a great story to tell,” said AMD principal and creative director CK Anderson. “They just needed to capitalize on what sets them apart from similar organizations – and to do that in a manner that was visually appealing to a rather wide-ranging audience.”
Which is precisely what AMD did. Working with Rockwood Lane’s management team and photographer J. Craig Sweat, AMD set out to capture the community’s unique personality through new imagery, interviewed residents and employees, and ultimately delivered a set of re-designed brochures that better communicate Rockwood Lane’s brand.
“Working with AMD was an excellent experience,” said Glori Houston, housing director at Catholic Housing Communities. “We not only received our marketing collateral right on schedule, CK and his team walked with us through each step of the process. They understood our vision and went above and beyond to exceed our goals. The quality of service we received was outstanding.”
