The word “transformation” came out repeatedly in our interviews for Hecla Mining Company’s 2025 Annual Company Overview. Given what has distinguished Hecla over 135 years, fundamental strengths don’t change. But new leadership empowered the whole company to build on that foundation.

Creatively, we wanted to convey the weave of enduring character with exciting changes underway. So more space or different treatments were given to certain elements of copy, and we went “fishing” in our staggeringly huge Hecla photo archive for a balance of never-fail beauty shots and fresh material.

It’s an ongoing story of human will, ingenuity, and responsibility. No matter how many times we tell it, we walk away inspired.
